The first Syrah was planted in 2002 in the foothills of the Moncayo. The altitude of the vineyard is between 350 to 600 meters above sea level, in limestone soil, giving the syrah a pleasant acidity.
We age 40% of the wine in American oak barrels for 12 months and the remaining 60% in stainless steel tanks.
Intense colors ranging from red to purple. Concentrated aromas of blackberries and smoky touches of wood. Unctuous, soft tannins with black fruits and notes of chocolate or espresso.
Enjoy it on a barbecue or, for example, with a good lasagna.
