Vineyard
Vineyards between 15 and 25 years old with clay-limestone, stony and loamy soils.
Elaboration
We ferment each variety separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to maintain the characteristics of each variety.
Tasting
Ruby red color with violet hues. Floral aromas and ripe red fruit. In the mouth it is very sweet and fruity.
Pairing
Perfect to enjoy with tapas, omelettes or rice dishes with meat.
