Borsao Selección Rosado

Vineyards between 10 and 25 years old with clay-limestone, stony and loamy soils.

We criomacerate the Garnacha for a few hours and then bleed and ferment it in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Bright and translucent salmon pink color. Very fruity and floral notes. Refreshing acidity and notes of fresh fruit and flowers on the palate.

Accompany your appetizer, salad or sushi or simply enjoy it on its own.
