Variety: Macabeo.

Mesure: 0,75 l.

Characteristics of the vineyard: First two week in October.

Elaboration: Temperature controlled fermentation at between 22º and 26º in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow. Has strong citric and tropical fruit aromas. In the mouth it’s creamy and fresh, in perfect harmony with the acidity.

Drinking temperature: 8ºC.
