Variety: Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo.

Mesure: 0,75 l.

Characteristics of the vineyard: Vineyards from 600-800 meters above sea level. Stony, slimy with clay and limestone soils.

Elaboration: Red wine elaborated from Garnacha, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation in inox tanks at temperature control of 29ºC. Aged in American and French oak barrels during 14 months and followed by a maduration in bottle during 24 months.
Full bodied and very well structured which is assured a long life in the bottle.

Tasting notes: Vigorous, alcohol-rich without cancelling the fruity smells and tastes that the soils of the region provide.

Drinking temperature: 16ºC.
