Variety: Macabeo.

Mesure: 0,75 l.

Characteristics of the vineyard: Grapes coming from vineyards located in slopes and on shingle soil at a height of 400-500 metres. Harvest in Mid-end of October

Elaboration: Temperature controlled fermentation at between 22ºC and 26ºC in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes: A wonderful aromatic dry white wine. Hints of white peach, spring flowers and a textured peach element give this delightful white a definite more-ish character. It t is a great match to many seafood dishes, especially Spanish paella.

Drinking temperature: 12ºC.
