Variety: Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo.

Mesure: 0,75 l.

Characteristics of the vineyard: Harvest is second fornight in October

Elaboration: Temperature controlled fermentation keeping the three varietals separate starting at 25º to finish at 30º C in stainless steel tanks for 21 days, after which the wine is matured in American an French oak barrels for a minimum of 8 months. The ageing is finished off in the bottle for 14 months.

Tasting notes: This is a cherry red colour wine with touches of garnet with a deep and elegant ruby background. The nose reflects a great intensity in which the fruity tones and smooth tannins given by the oak combine to erfection. Intense on the palate, meaty and well structured and with a wide and pleasant aftertaste.

Drinking temperature: 18ºC.
