A wine with their land identified: young, rich and intense

Variety: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah.

Mesure: 0,75 l.

Characteristics of the vineyard: Vineyards with an age of 15 to 30 years for the Grenache and 10 years for the Syrah, both cultivated on stony, slimy soils with clay and limestone.

Elaboration: Maceration during 3-4 days and in total between 12-15 days. Separate fermentation of each variety in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 22º-26º C. Aging for 3 months in French oak bordelaise barrels of first and second wine.

Tasting notes: Cherry red, intense and vivid. Has a strong nose where aromas of ripe fruit and spices, with memories of new wood can be distinguished. Structured mouth, with a vivid and tasty step.

Drinking temperature: 16ºC.

A great rosé wine

Variety: 100% Garnacha.

Mesure: 0,75 l.

Characteristics of the vineyard: Vineyards from 350 to 500 meters above sea level with an age of 10-15 years. Their soils are chalky.

Elaboration: Fermentation in inox tanks at controlled temperatures between 14º C and 16º C. Fining and filtering.

Tasting notes: Young rose wine with elegant aromas. Clear, bright raspberry tinged wine produced from the teardrop juice of a selection of our best Garnacha grapes. Intense fruit aromas, smooth and balanced on the palate.

Drinking temperature: 8ºC.

A great white wine

Variety: 100% Macabeo.

Mesure: 0,75 l.

Characteristics of the vineyard: Grapes coming from vineyards located in slopes and on shingle soil at a height of 400-500 metres. Harvest in Mid-end of October

Elaboration: Temperature controlled fermentation at between 22ºC and 26ºC in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes: A wonderful aromatic dry white wine. Hints of white peach, spring flowers and a textured peach element give this delightful white a definite more-ish character. It t is a great match to many seafood dishes, especially Spanish paella.

Drinking temperature: 12ºC.
